How soon will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST will be ready the following day by 5:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will not be processed until the following day.
Do you offer pickup?
No, at this time we do not offer pick up. However coming soon we will have the option for you to come pick up on a bi-weekly schedule.
Can you make a custom cheesecake?
Of course, if there's something you don't see on our menu, don't hesitate to reach out to us and let us know what you are looking for and we may be able to bake it for you.
Do you ship your cheesecakes?
We are limited on what we ship. We currently ship our jars and a few whole cheesecakes. At this time we can not ship our minis. If you are wanting a cheesecake shipped, fill out our contact form and we'll discuss your options.
Shipping is done via UPS 2 day delivery. All of our orders are shipped frozen in insulated boxes with dry ice. Once you receive your delivery, open the package immediately. If you are going to serve immediately, store in the refrigerator otherwise place in the freezer. Due to cheesecakes being a perishable item, we do not ship on Thursday or Friday. If you need an item rushed, please contact us for additional shipping options. NOTE: We currently do not ship our minis.
Do you make a KETO Cheesecake?
No, but we are exploring the possibility.
What do you use in your sugar free cheesecakes?
We use Sucrolose and in some occasions locally sourced Honey.
Where are you located?
We are located in Garland and work out of a "ghost" kitchen.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we are a "ghost" bakery which drives the need to deliver. We currently deliver with 25 miles of Garland and 10 miles of Anna. If you fall outside of our delivery area, contact us and we will work with you to work out a mutual meeting.
What is a "ghost" kitchen?
A ghost kitchen is a professional food preparation and cooking facility set up for the preparation of delivery-only meals.
